　　1. Have you had your lunch/dinner?

　　(你吃过午饭/晚饭了吗?)

　　例句：Good afternoon, Tommy. Have you had your lunch yet?

　　(下午好Tommy，你吃过午饭了吗?)

　　2. I haven’t seen you for a long time

　　(我好久没见到你了)

　　例句：Nice to see you John, I haven’t seen you for a long time!

　　(很高兴见到你John，我已经很久没有见到你了!)

　　这两句句子经常在寒暄时用。其实无论中国人还是老外都会这么说，另外句子2还有一个说法是“Long time no see”，即“好久不见”

　　3. I’ve ever seen.

　　(我迄今为止见过的)

　　例句：This is the best mobile phone I’ve ever seen!

　　(这是我至今见过的最好的手机)

　　4. I’ve never seen.

　　(我迄今为止从未见过的)

　　例句：I"ve never seen such beautiful dresses before.

　　(我以前从未见到过这么好看的裙子)

　　5. I’ve known him for ages

　　(我认识他很久了)

　　例句：I can recommend you to Mary, I’ve known her for ages.

　　(我可以把你推荐给Mary，我已经认识她很久了)

　　这三句中动作持续的时间都比较长，算是长久以来的某种状态。

　   6. I’ve been waiting here

　　(我一直在这里等着)

　　例句：Where have you been to? I’ve been waiting here for 2 hours!

　　(你去哪里了?我在这里等了你俩小时了!)

　　7. I’ve been here

　　(我一直在这里)

　　例句：I’ve been here for 500 years, could you help me to get out?

　　(我在这里待了500年了，你能把我弄出去吗?)

　　8. I’ve been there

　　(我去过那里)

　　例句：I’ve been to London, the weather there is not very good.

　　(我去过伦敦，那儿的天气不怎么样)

　　待在哪里、去过哪里，用这些句子就可以表达。

　　9. I’ve had a tough day

　　(我度过了艰难的一天)

　　例句：I"m very tired right now, I’ve had a tough day.

　　(我现在累死了，我度过了艰难的一天)

　　10. I’ve had enough

　　(我已经受够了)

　　例句：I’ve had enough, don’t make me work overtime anymore!

　　(我受够了，别再让我加班了!)

　　这俩句子在你心情不好的时候应该很实用。

　　11. Have you heard?

　　(你听见了吗?)

　　例句：The news said the stock market is crashing, have you heard?

　　(新闻说股市正在崩盘，你听见了吗?)

　　12. I have done it

　　(我做完了)

　　例句：I’ve done it! The time machine is ready to go now!

　　(我完成了!现在时间机器已经准备好启动了!)
