　　according to prep.根据，按照...，照...样，随着(后跟名词性结构、代词或wh-从句)

　　According to weather report, it will be fine day tomorrow.

　　I will do it according to your instructions.

　　我会照你的指示做。

　　You will be praised or blamed according to whether your work is good or bad.

　　你会受表扬或受责备，要根据你的工作好坏而定。

　　according as conj. 随...而定，根据...而...，按照...而，(从属连词，后接方式状语从句)

　　According as the demand decreases, prices will go down.

　　随着需求的减少，价格将会降低。

　　You may go or stay according as you decide.

　　你可要根据自己的决定而去或留。

　　take account of v.phrase 考虑，注意，重视(=take...into account)

　　You should take account of the facts.(=You should take these facts into account.)

　　你应将这些事实加以考虑。

　　We must take account of the interests of the state, the collective and individual.

　　我们要兼顾国家、集体和个人的利益。
