　    天津培训新加坡AEIS点题： 对于这种完形填空，首先要确定选项的词性，尤其是对不认识单词的词性判定，比如选型J是Monetary 这个单词，我们要联想到money 这个单词变过来的，然后ary或ry 一般是形容词的结尾，这样就可以判定这个单词是形容词词性。 我们来对应文章第4题，需要填一个形容词，那么monetary就是备选项了，monetary rewards 刚好是金钱上的奖励的词组搭配，联系上文一直在讲cold cash 说的就是金钱或者货币，此处就选monetary就对了。

　　我们再来看看第1个题的词性判定为何动词原形，因为can 是情态动词后面接动词原形， 我们就可以锁定答案被选为 B, C, D, E, L, N。 然后可以排除呢? 文章开头总说了2种对立的观点，后面是分说。我们定位到前面是( )performance;后面是destroy creativity ;由于是2种对立的观点，那么肯定这个空是和destroy creativity 对立的或是相反的意思，那很明显这个及物动词就是L 选项improve (提高)表现。 最后记住一定要分清及物动词和不及物动词的区别，及物动词是可以直接接宾语。
